Bike Youth is working in Ghana to promote bicycles as a means of transportation. They are focusing on the problem of traffic congestion in Accra and the minuscule amount of bicycle use. They report that they have received support for their ideas from the Mayor and Minister of Transport and Communications. Bike Youth is soliciting donations of used bicycles so that they can demonstrate the efficiency of bicycle use in the urban environment.
